摘　　要：近年来,我国乡镇政府的负债问题受到了越来越多的关注。文章分析了乡镇政府负债形成的原因既有乡镇基层政府不顾财力限制、支出庞大的直接因素,又有我国长期形成的社会体制矛盾带来的深层原因。提出了从体制建立、制度完善、政策引导等根本性问题入手,科学地化解乡镇债务的对策建议。In recent years, the debt of the township government has attracted more and more attention, and direct factors of these debts are expenditures in spite of the financial constraints, but the deep reason is long-standing social institutional contradictions. We should take scientific countermeasures such as system establishment, institution improvement and policy guidance to solve the debt problems.
