摘　　要：目的 探讨上消化道大出血患者的舒适护理方法及效果。方法 选择我院2013年1月~2015年12月期间收治的62例上消化道大出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组（常规护理）、试验组（舒适护理）各31例。评估患者的护理满意度,比较心率、血压变化。结果试验组护理满意29例（93.5%）,高于对照组的23例（74.2%）;护理后试验组心率、动脉压、舒适评分为（82.6±4.7）次/min、（91.3±7.6）mm Hg、（77.6±4.2）分,对照组为（85.5±4.3）次/min、（95.0±8.8）mm Hg、（71.5±4.6）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 上消化道大出血患者在急诊抢救期间,实施舒适护理有利于稳定生命体征,提高护理服务质量和舒适程度,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the method and effect of comfortable nursing in patients with massive hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods 62 patients with massive hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group（conventional nursing） and study group（comfortable nursing）, each with 31 cases. The satisfaction degree to nursing, and changes of heart rate and blood pressure of patients were evaluated. Results 29 patients（93.5%） were satisfied with nursing in the study group, higher than the 23 cases（74.2%） in the control group. The heart rate, arterial pressure, and score of com fort were（82.6±4.7） times per minute,（91.3±7.6） mm Hg, and（77.6±4.2） scores in the study group after nursing, and were（85.5±4.3） times per minute,（95.0±8.8） mm Hg,（71.5±4.6） scores in the control group, which were significantly different between two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing in patients with massive hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract under emergency treatment can help to stabilize vital signs of patients and improve quality of nursing service and degree of comfort, which is worthy to be promoted.
