摘  要:桂枝汤作为常用经方,在临床治疗中使用十分广泛。现代药理研究发现桂枝汤除了可解肌发表、调和营卫用于治疗发热,具有降低体温的作用以外,还具有升高体温的作用,对体温调节具有双向作用。本文通过对近年来关于桂枝汤及其有效部位对体温的双向调节作用的文章进行整理分析,从对前列腺素E_2及相关酶、一氧化氮合酶、腺苷酸环化酶、磷酸二酯酶、环磷酸腺苷、神经递质、蛙皮素、精氨酸加压素、神经降压素、相关作用蛋白几个方面探讨桂枝汤双向调节体温的机制,同时探讨桂枝汤中各单味药对体温调节的作用及其作用的有效部位A(Fr.A)的化学成分,以期为扩大桂枝汤的使用范围提供基础。As common classical prescription, Guizhi Decoction is widely used in clinical therapy. Modern pharmacological studies have found that Guizhi Decoction can not only expelling pathogenic factors from muscles, harmonizing yingfen and weifen for treating fever, with the function of lowering body temperature, but also has the function of raising body temperature, which plays a dual role in body temperature regulation. Through sorting and analyzing the articles about dual-directional regulation of Guizhi Decoction and its active fractions on body temperature in recent years, this paper discusses the mechanism of Guizhi Decoction on dual-directional thermoregulation from the aspects of prostaglandin E_2 and its related enzyme, nitric oxide synthase, adenylyl cyclase, phosphodiesterase, cyclic adenosine monophosphate,neurotransmitter, bombesin, arginine vasopressin, neurotensin and related proteins, which also discusses the function of single herbs of Guizhi Decoction for the thermoregulation, and the chemical components of effective part(Fr.A), so as to provide basis for expanding the using range of Guizhi Decoction.
