联合用药对老年高血压合并心肌缺血临床症状的改善作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨联合用药对老年高血压合并心肌缺血患者临床症状的改善作用。方法 回顾性分析2013年2月~2015年2月中国医科大学本溪中心医院心内科就诊的80例高血压合并心肌缺血患者的临床资料,将患者按照不同的治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。给予对照组患者常规的基础药物治疗,观察组患者给予联合用药方案治疗,比较对临床症状的改善效果。结果 治疗后观察组患者显效25例,占62.5%;有效14例,占35.0%;无效1例,占2.5%;临床总有效率为97.5%。对照组显效16例,占40.0%;有效10例,占25.0%;无效14例,占35.0%;临床总有效率为65.0%;两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后收缩压下降值（13.1±8.5）mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）、舒张压下降值（25.6±4.3）mm Hg和心率下降值（16.98±9.6）次/min明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 联合用药能够有效降低患者的血压水平,改善患者心肌缺血的症状,具有良好的临床应用效果。Objective To explore the effect of combined medication on improving the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with hypertension and myocardial ischemia. Methods 80 patients with hypertension and myocardial ischemia in the Department of Cardiology of Benxi Central Hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were studied. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with combined therapy. The clinical improvement of the two groups were compared, and the changes of blood pressure and heart rate were compared. Results After treatment, observation group of patients were markedly effective in 25 cases, accounting for 62.5%;effective in 14 cases, accounting for 35.0%; ineffective in 1 cases, accounting for 2.5%; the total clinical effective rate was 97.5%. In the control group, 16 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 40.0%;effective in 10 cases, accounting for 25.0%; ineffective in 14 cases, accounting for 35.0%; the total clinical effective rate was 65.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Observation group after treatment systolic blood pressure decreased（13.1 ± 8.5） mm Hg（1 mm Hg =0.133 k Pa）, diastolic blood pressure decreased（25.6 ± 4.3） mm Hg and heart rate decreased（16.98 ± 9.6）times/min were significantly higher than that of control group（P 0.05）, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Combination therapy can effectively reduce the level of blood pressure and improve the symptoms of myocardial ischemia in patients with good clinical effect.
