电梯失速下降箱内救生装置研究

摘　　要：近几年来,由于电梯安全事故频发,电梯结构安全性也引起了人们广泛地关注。由于电梯事故频发,导致人的生命和财产存在了一定威胁,虽然电梯整体的安全设施已经基本完善,但电梯内部尚未有保护人的安全设施,因此本装置主要是在电梯内部增设一个基于机电一体化技术的安全救生装置,着重研究装置的机械及控制部分,利用三维建模软件Solidworks建立一个装置模型。电梯失速下降箱内救生装置是在电梯下降过程中,电梯发生事故导致电梯失速下降的时候能够起到缓冲作用,保证乘客的生命安全。In recent years,the frequency of elevator safety accident has attracted widely attention on elevator structure security which causes a certain threat on human life and property. Though the safety facilities of the elevator has largely improved,it still have no safety facilities inside the elevator to protect persons. So this device mainly establish a safety protective device inside the elevator based on electromechanical integration technology which focuses on the mechanical and control part of the device. We also use three dimensional modeling software Solidworks to establish a model of the device. In the process of the elevator drop,the lifesaving equipment in the cabinet of the elevator can play a buffer action when elevator accident occur resulting in a decline in the elevator stall in order to protect the life safety of the passengers.
