摘　　要：介绍目前国内常用的三种大功率齿轮箱加载试验台,重点介绍电回馈式试验台的原理、方案和特点。通过加载试验,测试大功率齿轮箱及其它装置的传动效率、噪音、振动等情况,对其性能进行评估,提出改进和优化措施。Three types of load test stand are introduced in this paper, and the principle, concept and characteristics of electric closed loop load test stand is emphatically discussed. Through the load test, the transmission efficiency, vibration, acoustical characteristics of the heavy duty gearbox and other devices are obtained,the performance of gearbox evaluated,and the improvement and optimization measures is put forward.
