摘　　要：基于冲孔落料和弯曲两种冲压工艺,对制品进行了工艺性分析以及冲孔落料复合模和弯曲模的设计,保证工件顺利成形,提高模具的使用寿命,有更好的经济性,解决了类似制品的工艺制定和模具设计问题。Based on two punching,blanking and bending stamping process,the analysis of technology products and the design of the compound die and bending die,ensure the workpiece forming smoothly,improve the service life of the mold,has a better economy and solve the problem of technology formulating and die design of similar products.
