摘　　要：球墨铸铁曲轴在加工生产过程中,会经过滚压沟槽增加曲轴的疲劳强度,曲轴滚压矫直机床的故障率会严重影响曲轴加工质量和产量的输出。针对该机床的常见故障,做出分析判断,及时排除设备故障,做好预防,使得设备运行稳定,保证产量输出。In the production of ductile iron crankshaft,the crankshaft will increase the fatigue strength after rolling groove,the deep rolling machine failure rate will seriously affect the crankshaft machining quality and productivity.For the common faults of machine,make a analysis and judgment,and promptly eliminate machine failure,take preventive maintenance,to make the machine running stably,and ensure production output.
