摘　　要：针对烟丝生产过程中因烟丝含有杂质造成卷烟机容易过载,导致劈刀、传动轴部位零件的损坏等问题,将PROTOS70卷接机组平准器设置相应的传动加装过载保护装置,保护卷烟机在过载状态下不易损害。既解决了因过载引起的劈刀及传动装置损坏,又能节约生产时间、提高工作效率。In the process of tobacco production,tobacco contains impurities to caused easy machines overload,cause the damage of the cleaver,drive shaft parts parts,etc of Problems,in this paper,In this paper,we will PROTOS70 winding machine set up the corresponding transmission to install overload device the protection device,to protect the cigarette machine in overload condition according not easy to damage.
