摘　　要：舞钢市王明沟矿区位于秦岭造山带的东端 ,主成矿期为中早燕山期 ,赋矿地层为中、晚元古代陆相沉积地层。通过对该区地质背景、成矿过程的论述 ,为增加找矿线索 ,扩大找矿视野 。The gold mining area in Wangminggou of Wugang City is situated in the eastern part of the orogenic zone in Qinling.Main mineralization epoch was in the middle and early in Yanshanian period.The ore bearing strata of gold deposits is continental sediment strata of the middle and late part of Proterozoic Era. The purpose of this study is to increase clues and widen our view field and develop new concept for mineral deposit searching through a discussion of geological background and characteristics of the deposits and process of minerlization in this area.
