摘  要:目的探讨高胆红素血症患儿不同胆红素水平与MRI信号强度之间的关系。方法 2014年7月~2015年10月,60例新生儿根据血清总胆红素(TSB)水平分为组Ⅰ(TSB 17.1~34.2μmol/L)16例,组Ⅱ(TSB〉34.2~340μmol/L)34例,组Ⅲ(TSB〉340μmol/L)10例。行头部3.0 T MRI检查,测量双侧苍白球T_1WI序列信号强度。结果组Ⅲ双侧苍白球信号强度高于组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ(t〉2.0,P〈0.05)。双侧苍白球T_1WI序列信号强度与TSB水平呈正相关(r=0.408,P〈0.05)。结论双侧苍白球T_1WI序列信号强度增高可为诊断新生儿高胆红素脑病提供定量参考。Objective To explore the relationship between MRI signal intensity in pallidum and levels of total bilirubin in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods From July, 2014 to October, 2015, sixty neonates were divided into three groups according to the levels of total serum bilirubin(TSB), that were group Ⅰ(TSB 17.1~34.2 μmol/L, n=16), group Ⅱ(TSB 34.2~340 μmol/L, n=34), and group Ⅲ(TSB 340 μmol/L, n=10). They were screened with 3.0 T MRI, and the T_1WI signal intensity of bilateral pallidum was measured. Results The bilateral signal intensity was higher in group Ⅲ than in group Ⅱ and group Ⅰ. There was positive correlation between signal intensity and TSB levels. Conclusion The MRI signal intensity in pallidum may help for diagnosis of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy.
