摘　　要：公安指挥中心参谋人才是公安指挥中心人才队伍中的重要组成部分,在重大警务处置行动中发挥着辅助指挥、计划组织、协调控制的作用。加强公安指挥中心参谋人才培养对于公安机关提高指挥效能,加强公安指挥中心建设,优化公安机关人才队伍结构,具有重要的现实意义。当前我国公安指挥机构存在参谋机制尚未建立、人员素质不高,人才培养机制不健全等诸多问题。因此,通过公安院校培养、在职培训、实践中锻炼等是提高公安指挥中心参谋人才培养水平的现实选择。Advisers in public security command center are a significant part of the whole personnel and play a role of assisting command,planning and organizing,coordinating and control while in the major policing treatments. It is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of advisors for public security command center in enhancing command effectiveness,strengthening the construction of public security command center and optimizing personnel organization. However,there are such problems as unsound advising system,unqualified personnel and imperfect staff cultivation mechanism. So it is realistic to improve cultivation of advisers in public security command center by education in police colleges,in-service training and practice.
