摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定碘硝酚中碘硝酚和对硝基苯酚的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-体积分数为5.4%的冰醋酸水溶液(体积比为65∶37)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),紫外检测波长为312 nm,柱温为35℃。结果碘硝酚质量浓度在20.0~120.0 mg·L^(-1)内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=6),对硝基苯酚质量浓度在0.1~1.6 mg·L^(-1)内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7,n=6);碘硝酚平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.3%(n=9),对硝基苯酚平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.0%(n=9)。结论本方法可用于同时测定碘硝酚中碘硝酚和对硝基苯酚的含量。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of the content of disophenol and p-nitrophenol in disophenol rawmaterial by HPLC. Methods The diamonsil C（18） column（ 150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methyl alcohol- 5. 4% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution（ V ∶ V = 65 ∶ 37） with flowrate of 1. 0 m L·min^-1. The column temperature had been matained at 35 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was 312 nm. Results The linear range of disophenol was20. 0- 120. 0 mg·L^-1（ r = 0. 999 9,n = 6） and the linear range of p-nitrophenol was in the range of0. 1- 1. 6 mg·L^-1（ r = 0. 999 7,n = 6）. The mean recovery for disophnol was 100. 3%,RSD = 1. 3%（ n =9）. The mean recovery for p-nitrophnol was 100. 5%,RSD = 1. 0%（ n = 9）. Conclusions This method is accurate,easy and fast. It can be used to detect and quantify disophenol and p-nitrophenol in disophenol.
