摘 要:分析氨酸工艺复合肥产品结块的影响因素,介绍防结块措施及其应用效果.通过控制成品w(H2O)≤1.3%,包装温度≤55℃,颗粒强度≥25 N,粒径2.0~4.5 mm的颗粒占比≥95%,码垛高度冬季≤24层、夏季≤16层,使用防结块剂,有效解决了氨酸工艺产品结块的难题,产品松散度由60%提高到85%~90%,较好地保证了产品质量.The factors affecting caking of compound fertilizer by acid ammoniation process are analyzed, some anti-caking measures and their application effects are introduced. By controlling the H20 mass rate in product no more than 1.3%, packing temperature no more than 55 ℃, intensity of particle no less than 25 N, 2.0 - 4.5 mm particles proportion no less than 95%, stacking height no more than 24 and 16 layer in winter and summer, applying anticaking agent, the caking of compound fertilizer by acid ammoniation process is solved effectively, the loose rate of compound fertilizer is increased from 60% to 85%-90%, the product quality is well ensured.
