摘　　要：介绍240 kt/a湿法净化磷酸装置生产中的危险物质磷酸、硫化氢、甲基异丁酮、双氧水、碳酸钡、蒸汽的来源。分析净化磷酸生产过程中的安全风险,分工段介绍安全风险控制措施。通过以上安全风险控制,5年来未发生一般以上安全生产事故。The sources of dangerous substance in production of 240 kt/a wet process purified phosphoric acid plant are introduced, including phosphoric acid, hydrogen sulphide, methylisobutylketone, hydrogen peroxide, barium carbonate, steam. The safety risk in the production process of purified phosphoric acid is analyzed, the control measures of security risk are introduced. Through the above safety risk control, not generally above production safety accident in five years.
