电绝缘鞋的绝缘性能出厂检验现状及对策研究

摘　　要：电绝缘鞋是工人进行带电作业时必备的安全辅助措施之一,是不可或缺的劳动防护用品,对于保护工人的生命安全具有重要的意义。电绝缘鞋能否发挥保护作用的关键是其绝缘性能符合国家标准的要求,而出厂检验则是测试电绝缘鞋的绝缘性能是否符合标准要求的一项重要工作。通过对90多家生产电绝缘鞋企业的调查发现,绝缘性能的出厂检验现状令人堪忧,存在泄露电流超标漏检、检测设备设计存在缺陷及检验人员操作错误等问题。本文对电绝缘鞋的绝缘性能出厂检验现状进行了总结、分析并提出了改进检测设备功能设计、加强对生产企业相关人员的在检验方法、安全防护等方面培训的对策,以期改善电绝缘鞋的绝缘性能出厂检验现状,确保电绝缘鞋真正发挥保护工人生命安全的作用。Electrically insulating footwear, which is an indispensable personal protective equipment with great significance for protecting the safety of workers, is one of the necessary safety measures for the workers ＇ live working. The insulation of the electrically insulating footwear which meet national standards is the key, so the factory inspection is an important testing. The author of this paper made a survey on more than 90 companies which produce electrically insulating footwear and found that the situation of the factory inspection for the insulation of the electrically insulating footwear is worrying, such as the undetected leakage current exceeding standard, the design defects of the detection device and the maloperation of the quality control cheker. In this paper, the author summarized and analyzed the situation of the factory inspection for the insulation of the electrically insulating footwear, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, such as improving the design of the detection device and increasing the training for the inspection and safety protection, for improvement to make the electrically insulating footwear work to ensure the safety of workers.
