摘  要:目的:优选穿心莲注射液的制备工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总内酯含量,通过正交实验探索穿心莲注射液的最佳制备工艺。结果:提取温度对收率有显著影响,浓缩效率对收率及含量均有显著影响,配制时所调pH影响不大。结论:最优的制备工艺为提取温度80℃、流浸膏浓缩体积1∶4、配制调节pH=7.0。Objective : Study the optimization preparation Process of Chuanxinlian Injection. Methods : Ultraviolet spectrophotomet- ric method is used to determine the content of total lactones in Andrographis paniculata,through orthogonal experiment to determine optimized preparation process of chuanxinlain injection. Results:The extracting temperature had significant effect on extract rate. The yield and content were significantly affected by the concentration efficiency. The pH in the preparation process had no obvious effects. Conclusion:The optimized preparation process temperature is 80℃ ,concentrated volume is 1 : 4,and the pH in the prepa- ration process is 7.0.
