对苦参片薄层鉴别若干问题探讨

摘　　要：目的:对苦参片薄层鉴别的标准提出修改建议。方法:薄层板为2%氢氧化钠溶液制备的硅胶G薄层板,展开剂为甲苯-醋酸乙酯-甲醇-水(2∶4∶2∶1)、甲苯-丙酮-乙醇-浓氨试液(20∶20∶3∶1),显色剂为碘化铋钾试液和亚硝酸钠乙醇试液;样品经氯仿、浓氨试液浸泡放置过夜处理,滤过,滤液蒸干,残渣加氯仿作为供试品溶液;称取苦参碱、氧化苦参碱,加乙醇制成每1mL各含1mg的混合溶液,作为对照品溶液。结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同的3个棕红色斑点,与卫生部药品标准描述的不一致。结论:应根据客观结果对苦参片的薄层鉴别中显色剂亚硝酸钠乙醇试液的配制以及结果的描述进行修订。Objective：The Kushen Tablets of thin-layer chromatography standard modification proposals are put forward. Meth- ods：TLC plate was prepared by a 2% solution of sodium hydroxide silica gel G plate, Developing solvent toluene-ethyl acetate-meth- anol-water （2 ： 4 ： 2 ： 1）, toluene-acetone-ethanol-concentrated ammonia solution （20 ： 20 ： 3 ： 1）, Eluent, bismuth potassium io dide test solution and sodium nitrite ethanol test solution; Samples were chloroform, concentrated ammonia solution soak overnight placement deal,filtration, filtrate evaporated , Test solution for the residue in chloroform as; Precision learn drying to constant weight matrine, oxymatrine, ethanol l mL each containing ling mixed solution as the reference solution. Results：In the chromato gram of the test, in the position of accordingly with reference substance chromatography, show the same three palm red spots. Con- clusion： Kushen Tablets thin-layer chromatography results for the chromatogram of the test, in the position of accordingly with ref erence substance chromatography, show the same three palm red spots; With the standard, in the chromatogram of the test, in the position of accordingly with reference substance chromatography, show the same three brown spots.
