摘 要:某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿工艺矿物学研究表明,矿石中有用矿物种类多、结构构造复杂、嵌布粒度细、分选难度极大。针对该矿石特点,采用铜铅混合浮选—铜铅分离—尾矿选锌的工艺流程,在原矿含铜0.20%、铅0.78%、锌1.64%、金1.60 g/t、银65 g/t的条件下,最终可获得含铜20.12%、铜回收率72.32%、含金79.27 g/t、金回收率40.61%、含银3 488.93g/t、银回收率为41.73%的铜精矿,以及含铅50.26%、铅回收率86.69%、含金28.46 g/t、金回收率27.29%、含银1 720.75g/t、银回收率为38.53%的铅精矿和含锌51.20%、锌回收率为83.64%的锌精矿。The process mineralogical studies of a copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore have shown that useful minerals in the ore types, its structure is complex, and humidity fine granularity, sorting are extremly hard in the ore. According to the characteristics of the ore, copper-lead bulk flotation, copper-lead separate, tailings choose zinc process is adopted. The results showed that under the condition of undressed ore containing Cu 0.20%, Pb 0. 78% ,Zn 1.64%, Au 1.60 g/t, Ag 65 g/t, copper concentrate with Cu grade of 20. 12% and recovery of 72. 32%, Au grade of 79. 27 g/t and recovery of 40.61%, Ag grade of 3 488.93 g/t and recovery of 41.73%, lead concentrate with Pb grade of 50. 26% and recovery of 86. 69%, Au grade of 28.46 g/t and recovery of 27.29%, Ag grade of 1 720. 75 g/t and recovery of 38.53% and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 51.20% and recovery of 83.64% is obtained finally.
