摘  要:车河选矿厂通过优化主流程抛废工艺的技术研究,以提高主流程抛废率。改造后主流程抛废率由20%提高至30%,丢尾品位锡、铅、锌由0.12%、0.058%、0.45%下降至0.081%、0.028%、0.26%,抛尾金属损失率锡、铅、锌分别降低0.030%、1.03%、0.67%,因降低金属损失而多增加回收金属194.01 t,年增经济效益188.59万元。Technological transformation was made through the reaserach on optimizing the main flow' s process of throwing waste to improve throwing waste rate of the main flow in Chehe Plant. After transformation, the abandoned rate at the main flow has gone up from 20% to 30% and the tailing grade of tin, lead, zinc has reduced from 0. 12% , 0. 058%, 0. 45% to 0. 081%, 0. 028% , 0. 26% respectively, and the metal loss rate of tin, lead and zinc in tailing is reduced by 0. 030%, 1.03%, 0. 67% respectively. Due to decrease of metal loss, the recovery of metal was added by 194. 01 tons and the profit was increased by 18. 859 million per year.
