摘 要:对渣包缓冷电炉渣、渣包缓冷转炉渣、自然冷却转炉渣3种不同铜冶炼炉渣进行试验研究,结果表明,电炉渣采用两段连续磨浮流程、转炉渣采用阶段磨浮流程对提高炉渣选别指标较为有利;电炉渣与转炉渣采用不同的磨浮流程分开选别不仅选铜指标最优,而且可以得到不同品质的含铁尾矿,将其作为不同产品销售有利于企业经济效益最大化。By studied with three different copper smelting slag, which including the ladle slowly cooled electric furnace slag, the ladle slowly cooled converter slag and natural cooling converter slag, the results shows that electric furnace slag continuous adopting two-stage grinding float process and converter slag adopting stage grinding floating process to improve the slag beneficiation indicators are more favorable. Electric furnace slag and converter slag with different grinding floatation process separate dressing not only can obtain the best indicator of copper beneficiation, but also can get different quality of iron railings, as a different product sales, in favor of maximizing the economic efficiency of enterprises.
