降脂通脉胶囊联合依折麦布片治疗高脂血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察降脂通脉胶囊联合依折麦布片治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的90例高脂血症患者作为研究对象,按患者病历ID号末位数字奇偶随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例,2组均给予控制血压、血糖等基础治疗,疗程均为4周。对照组在此用药基础上给予依折麦布片治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用降脂通脉胶囊治疗。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,比较2组治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等血脂指标的变化。结果:总有效率对照组为68.9%,低于治疗组的93.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组各项血脂指标均较治疗前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组各项血脂指标的改善程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:降脂通脉胶囊联合依折麦布片治疗高脂血症,可显著改善患者的血脂,提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of JiangZhi TongMai capsules combined with Ezetimibe tablets in treating hyperlipidaemia. Methods：Selected 90 cases of patients with hyperlipidaemia and divided them into the control group and the treatment group randomly, 45 cases in each group. Both groups received basic treatment such as controlling blood pressure and blood glucose for 4 weeks, the control group received additional treatment of Ezetimibe tablets, the treatment group received treatment of JiangZhi TongMai capsules based on treatment of the control group.Observed the clinical effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions,compared level changes of blood fat indexes such as total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein- cholesterol（LDL- C） and high- density lipoprotein（HDL- C） in two groups before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate in the control group was 68.9%,and was lower than that of 93.3% in the treatment group（P 〈 0.05）. Comparing levels of blood fat indexes such as TC,TG,LDL- C and HDL- C in two groups before treatment, differences was not significant（P 〈 0.05）. Blood fat indexes in two groups were improved after treatment,the differences being significant（P 〈 0.05）. The improvement in the treatment group was more than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Comparing the adverse reaction rate between two group,difference had no statistical significance（P 〉0.05）. Conslusion：JiangZhi TongMai capsules combined with Ezetimibe tablets in treating hyperlipidaemia can improve blood fat indexes obviously,increase clinical effect. This has obvious clinical significance.
