王彦刚运用化浊解毒法治疗复发性口腔溃疡

摘　　要：介绍王彦刚基于化浊解毒理论治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床经验。王彦刚从浊毒论治,根据辨证分型加减用药,且擅用药对。脾胃湿热、浊毒内蕴型药用防风、藿香、生石膏、生甘草;浊毒内蕴、心火上炎型药用栀子、连翘;浊毒内蕴、虚火上炎型药用黄柏、知母、莲子心、生地黄;浊毒内蕴、脾肾阳虚型药用黄芪、川牛膝。调治并举,综合治疗,疗效显著。This paper is to intraduce the clinical experience of Professor WANG Yah＇gang treating recurrent oral ulcer based on resolving turbidity and detoxification. Professor WANG divided this disease into different types and used herbal pairs in the treatment. For the damp heat in the spleen and stomach,fangfeng,huoxi- ang,shengshigao and shenggancao were applied;for the accumulated turbidity and toxicity with flaring up of heart fire,zhizi and lianqiao were applied;for the accumulated turbidity and toxicity,flaring up of deficient fire ,huangbo,zhimu,lianzixin and shengdihuang were applied;for the yang deficiency in the spleen and kid- ney,huang qi and chuanniuxi were applied. Recurrent oral ulcer should be treated comprehensively to obtain a satisfactory effect .
