摘  要:为研究适合真武汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的实验动物模型,本文通过文献检索的方法 ,以"真武汤"、"慢性心力衰竭"、"实验"为关键词进行检索,对现有真武汤治疗慢性心力衰竭动物实验中造模方法进行总结。实验动物包括Wistar大鼠、SD大鼠、健康成年杂种犬、新西兰兔,造模方法主要为手术法、药物法、手术与药物结合法,其中手术法又分为腹主动脉缩窄法、动静脉造瘘法、结扎冠状动脉法,药物法分为腹腔注射阿霉素、静脉缓注戊巴比妥钠、普萘洛尔合维拉帕米等,药物结合手术法即灌服寒凉药、结扎左冠脉、缩窄升主动脉结合,模拟符合中医少阴阳虚证的心力衰竭模型。然而,目前的文献检索结果只有一篇兼顾真武汤病证结合的实验动物模型,多数按照西医病理机制进行造模,不适合中医药自身的发展特点。参考文献24篇。To determine which animal model is suit for the study of chronic heart failure treated with Zhen- wu decoction. Zhenwu decoction,chronic heart failure and experiment as keywords,articles on the animal ex- periment study of chronic heart failure treated with Zhenwu decoction were retrieved,and the method for es- tablish the animal model was summarized. In the included studies,animals were Wistar rats,SD rats,healthy adult mongrel dogs and New Zealand rabbits,and the methods usually were surgery,medication or combina- tion of medication and surgery. The surgeries were abdominal aortic constriction,arteriovenous fistulization, coronary artery ligation,medications involved intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin,slow intravenous infusion of sodium pentobarbital propranolol and verapamil,and combination of medication and surgery involves coro- nary artery ligation and coaretation of ascending aorta after gavage of medicine of cold and cool nature. Through such methods. However,currently,one paper was of the animal model of chronic heart failure of Zhenwu decoction syndrome and disease,while western medicine,failing to following the theory most of the animal models were based on the mechanism of of traditional Chinese medicine. There were 24 research pa- pers for references.
