摘　　要：介绍了Assel轧管机组工艺特点,并对其产品缺陷内螺纹、壁厚不均进行了分析,提出了增加后续均整工艺解决其产品缺陷的方案。完成了均整工艺设计和技术经济分析,对均整过程中温降问题、咬入问题进行了分析,并提出了解决方法。The article introduces the characteristics of Assel seamless tube mill and analyzes the product defects of internal thread and wall unevenness, then on the basis the solution which is by adding reeling process was proposed for these defects. Process design and analysis of technical economy for the reeling process was accomplished. The drop of temperature and biting problem during the reeling process was analyzed and the solution for it was presented.
