摘　　要：介绍自升式钻井平台桩腿弦管整体成型装置。该装置采用一套上、下模具座,上下胎模固定在上、下模具座上。选取不同尺寸的上下胎模,可一次成形不同规格、不同尺寸的弦管。同时介绍了弦管成形时整体压下力计算、凸模回弹量计算及结构设计方法。In this paper, the integral molding device of the pile leg of self up drilling platform is introduced . This device use a set of mold base up and down, foetus mould up and down fixed at mold base. Selection of different sizes of foetus mould up and down can be a forming of different specifications, different size of the chord pipe. At the same time introduced the chord pipe forming pressuare, punch the springback value, and the overall structure de- sign method.
