摘　　要：直吹管要想达到长寿,耐火材料既要有耐高温、耐冲刷又要有保温和隔热的作用。在预制内胆直吹管中,预制内胆密度大,强度高,不易损坏。轻质保温隔热浇注料,密度小,不易导热。预制内胆和轻质保温隔热浇注料配合使用,即保证了直吹管的寿命,又降低了表面温度。适应现代高炉炼铁工况。Blowpipe to achieve longevity, refractory material should have high temperature resistance, ersion resistance and heat preservation and heat insulation effect. The preformed liner blowpipe, preformed liner large density, high strength, not easy to damage. Lightweight thermal insulation casting material, the density is small, is not easy to heat. Preformed liner and lightweight insulation castable with the use, to ensure that the blowpipe of life, but also reduce the surface temperature. This blowpipe adapts to the modern blast furnace iron making condition.
