摘　　要：解析国内煤炭交易市场政策、产运需及交易市场交易遇冷的现状,分析煤炭交易过程中煤炭非标的特性以及对交易的需求,通过对过程中的信息服务、交易服务、金融服务、物流服务、检测服务、加工服务、政府职能等多个方面的研究,形成合理有效的交易模式及流程。提升煤炭交易市场交易流程的合理性,便捷性以及安全性。对国内煤炭交易市场与"互联网+"形成产业融合提出有效的交易途径。The paper resolved the policy of the domestic coal transaction market,the production,transportation and demands as well as the cold transaction status of the transaction market and analyzed the coal nonstandard features and transaction requirements in the coal transaction process.With the study on the information services,financial services,logistic services,detection services,processing services,government functions and other aspects in the process,rational and effective transaction mode and procedure were formed.The rationality,convenience and safety of the transaction procedure were upgraded for the coal transaction market.An effective transaction access was provided to the industrial integration formed with the coal transaction market and ＂internet ＋＂.
