摘  要:2013年9月中旬在贵州大学林学院苗圃,利用Li-6400开放式光合作用测定系统对1年生酥李盆栽苗的光合特性进行测定。结果表明:酥李净光合速率(Pn)日进程呈典型的双峰曲线,有明显的光合"午休"现象,峰值分别出现在11∶00左右(峰值17.64μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))、16∶00左右(峰值6.45μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1));酥李气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)的日变化均呈双峰曲线;胞间CO2浓度(Ci)的日变化大致呈"V"字型曲线。酥李净光合速率(Pn)与胞间CO2浓度(Ci)极显著负相关,其光合"午休"的原因主要为气孔关闭引起光合作用下降,气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)是酥李净光合速率(Pn)的关键影响因子。In mid-September 2013, the photosynthetic characteristics of the 1-year-old Crisp plum were studied by using Li-6400 Open photosynthesis system at nursery which in college of forestry, Guizhou University. Results showed that the diurnal variation in the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) appeared a typical bimodal curve in accompany with the obvious midday depression phenomenon of photosynthesis. 1st peak (peak value 17. 64μmol·m^-2·s^-1) appears about 11:00,2nd peak (peak value 6. 45μmol·m^-2·s^-1) appears about 16:00. Crisp plum blowhole leading (Gs ) and the transpiration speed (Tr ) diurnal variation assumes the splitblip curve,inter cellular CO2 the density ( Ci ) diurnal variation assumes "V" the font curve approximately. The diurnal variations of Pn related negative significant to inter cellular carbon dioxide concentration (Ci ), the main reason of midday depression phenomenon is the blowhole limiting factor which causes for the blowhole closure. Ci and Gs are the key influencing factors of Po.
