摘　　要：运用SWOT分析方法对建阳市国营苗圃发展的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇、威胁进行系统分析,结果表明,建阳市国营苗圃发展优势明显,具有前所未有的机遇,但也存在劣势和外在威胁;并提出建阳市国营苗圃发展战略、对策与建议。SWOT analysis was applied to the strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of Jianyang State Nursery. It showed that the development of State Nursery strength was obvious with unprecedented opportunities, but there were also some weakness and external threats. Then the strategy, countermeasure and suggestion were proposed.
