摘 要:以沙特阿拉伯王国南北铁路项目为载体,依据沙漠工程地质特性,综合考虑沙漠原材料、环境特性及机械施工难度等条件,提出对沙漠路基基底采用冲击碾压和振冲挤密法进行综合处理的施工技术,确定对基底处理效果有重大影响的冲击有效影响深度和振冲孔位间距计算理论依据,得出基底处理的最佳控制参数,同时明确了冲击碾压和振冲挤密法施工程序和工艺控制要点,再经现场实践验证,形成适用于沙漠路基基底处理的施工技术。Based on the north-south railway project in kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to the engineering geological characteristics of desert and considering the conditions of resources, environmental characteristics and the engineering envi- ronment for equipment working, we propose that the method of impact compaction and vibroflotation to be used for treating the foundation of desert embankment and define the theoretical basis of calculating the effective influence depth for impact compaction and the space of hole for vibroflotation which will significantly influence the result of compaction and vibroflota- tion, then get the optimal control parameters of the treatment. Meanwhile, the procedure and control point of construction for impact compaction and vibroflotation has been defined. After field practice, the foundation treatment technology which is suited for desert embankment has been formed.
