不同糖代谢状态患者与血清IL-6、IL-18水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同糖代谢状态与白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-18水平的关系。方法分别选取糖尿病前期组、2型糖尿病(T2DM)组和健康对照(NC)组患者各30例,采集空腹静脉血测定空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标,采用酶联免疫法测定静脉血清中IL-6、IL-18水平。结果糖尿病前期组和T2DM组的IL-6、IL-18水平较NC组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。IL-6水平与FPG、TG、IL-18呈正相关,IL-18水平与FPG、TG、IL-6呈正相关(P<0.05),IL-6和IL-18均与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05),但与TC、LDL-C无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 IL-6和IL-18参与了T2DM的发病机制,其血清水平可作为糖尿病前期人群筛查和逆转干预效果评价的指标。Objective To investigate the relation between different glucose metabolism status and the IL-6and IL-18 levels.Methods The pre-diabetes group,type 2diabetes mellitus（T2DM）group and healthy control group（NC）were selected with 30 cases in each group.Fasting venous blood was collected for detecting fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-C）levels.Serum IL-6and IL-18 levels were measured by adopting the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The IL-6and IL-18 levels in prediabetes and T2 DM groups were significant increased compared with those in the NC group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The IL-6level was positively correlated with FPG,TG and IL-18（P〈0.05）,the IL-18 level was positively correlated with FPG,TG and IL-6（P〈0.05）.But IL-6and IL-18 were negatively correlated with HDL-C（P〈0.05）,however,had no correlation with TC and LDL-C（P〈0.05）.Conclusion IL-6and IL-8participated in the pathogenesis of T2 DM,their serum concentrations can be used as the evaluation indexes of pre-diabetes screening and reverse intervention effect.
