摘　　要：提供完善的农村公共文化产品和服务,事关农民文化权益的保障,也有利于和谐社会新风尚的形成,是建设社会主义新农村的题中之义,更是助推社会主义新农村建设跨上新台阶的引擎。研究当前农村公共文化服务供给的现状和问题有其现实性和必要性,可以改善农村公共文化供给服务。Providing good public cultural products and service in the countryside is the crucial part in constructing the New Socialist Countryside project, which lays great emphasis on the protection of farmers＇ cultural rights and interests. It not only benefits the formation of a healthy and harmonious social custom, but also helps to push the construction of new rural process up to a higher level. Then the study of the situation and problems of current rural public cultural service has its reality and necessity, which is also expected to provide feasible suggestions for enhancing rural public cultural service.
