摘 要:论述了当前500 MPa级高强钢筋的发展趋势,分析了生产过程中转炉终点控制、化学成分优化、脱氧合金化工艺、软吹制度、连铸生产工艺、加热制度等对性能的影响。从国内外不同VN合金制造工艺差别角度,讨论了400 MPa及500 MPa钢筋钒微合金化原理,对比采用不同类型VN合金微合金化对性能控制的差异,开展了90 d时效性能变化对比。通过线性回归,确定了钒、碳、锰对性能由强到弱的影响,分析了生产过程中氮元素对性能的影响,发现从工艺操作上适当增加游离氮含量有益于性能提高。It is stated the present development trend of 500 MPa level high - strength reinforcing steel bar, analyzed the influence on its performance of converter end control, chemical composition optimization, deoxidation alloying process, soft blowing system, continuous casting production process, heating system. From the angle of the difference in various VN alloy manufacture processes at home and abroad, it is discussed the V micro -alloying principle for 400 or 500 MPa reinforcing steel bar, conducted the contrast of 90 - days aging property change based on the difference in property control with different types of VN alloy alloying. With linear regression, it is determined the influence of V, C, Mn on the property by the order from strong to weak, analyzed the influence of N element on the property in production, discovered it is beneficial to property improvement to appropriately increase nomadic nitrogen in process operation.
