摘　　要：通过对宣钢新建125 t/h干熄炉及配套余热锅炉进行热量衡算,校验了干熄焦热量收支模型的可行性、准确性。收集并分析计算了干熄焦系统的风料比和锅炉产汽量与传热率的数据关系,为宣钢125t/h干熄焦系统的生产作业提供了理论参考,为干熄焦系统的优化节能提供了一定的理论基础。同时,鉴于干熄焦热量衡算模型的直观、准确、灵活等特点,值得推广应用。With heat balance calculation for the new -built 125 t/h coke dry quenching furnace and its attached waste heat boiler, the feasibility and accuracy of heat balance model for coke dry quenching is checked. It is collected, analyzed and calculated the wind - materials ratio of the coke dry quenching system, the data relation between boiler steam production and heat transport rate. That offers a theoretic reference for the production of the above system, a certain theoretic base for the optimization and energy - saving of the system. At the same time this model system is valuable to be spread with its intuitive, accurate and flexible.
