摘　　要：针对传统干灰除尘器排灰系统结构复杂、设备故障多、能耗高、装灰时扬尘等问题,研发了新型干灰除尘系统。取消传统排灰系统中的斗式提升机,设置2条相对独立的干灰排灰系统,除尘器本体的土建基座适当加高2~3 m,柔性管道内设置钢丝骨架,设置喇叭口吸尘罩有效捕集扬尘,也可以为排放的干灰导流。改进后的干灰除尘器排灰系统已获使用新型专利。Against the problems of the dust discharge system of the classical dry dust collector： complicated structure, much breakdown in equipments, high energy consumption, raising dust in load dust, a new - type dry dust discharge system is developed as following： removing the bucket elevator in the classical dust discharge system, installing two dry dust discharge systems relatively independent each other, the construction base of the collector body properly raised by 2 to 3 meters, setting steel wire framework in flexible pipe, setting horn - mouth dust absorbing cover to effectively gather dust or guide the discharged dry dust. The improved dry dust discharge system of collector has got a patent for utility models.
