摘 要:以污水处理厂生化池活性污泥作为菌源,在SBR反应装置中进行异养硝化菌富集.富集后,微生物在pH值为7.5,DO为3~4 mg/L和温度为35℃时,NH_4^+-N去除效率达到99%,高通量测序显示异养硝化细菌Arthrobacter,Bacillus和Pseudomonas之和占65.35%;以其作为接种物,投加到SBR中进行生物强化实验.结果表明,投加异养硝化菌群不仅提高了系统的硝化效率,还可以缩短水力停留时间;在进水NH_4^+-N质量浓度提高到100 mg/L时,出水NH_4^+-N质量浓度仍稳定在5 mg/L以下,NH_4^+-N去除效率远高于对照组.The enrichment of heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria was carried out in a SBR( sequencing batch reactor) with activated sludge in the biochemical pool as inoculum. The NH_4~+-N removal rate reached 99% under the conditions that pH was 7. 5,DO was 3 to 4 mg / L,and temperature was 35℃ after the enrichment. The high-throughput sequencing results showthat the main heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria are Arthrobacter,Bacillus,and Pseudomonas,and the sum of these three species is65. 35%. Heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria were added to SBR to treat simulated sewage. The results showthat the nitrification efficiency is improved and the HRT( hydraulic retention time) is shortened after being inoculated nitrifying bacteria. When the influent NH_4~+-N concentration is improved to 100 mg / L,the effluent NH_4~+-N concentration of the experiment group is under 5 mg / L,and thus it is much less than the control group.
