我国关于患者隐私保护研究文献的分析

摘　　要：目的了解国内对患者隐私保护的研究现状,以期为相关研究提供参考。方法 2016年1月,采用文献内容分析法,通过构建阅读评阅数据库,对2000年至2015年收录在重庆维普数据库、中国期刊全文数据库(Chinese national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据库中符合纳入标准的文献进行内容分析。结果从2000-2015年,文章的发表数量总体呈上升趋势,其中89.2%的论文来自于临床一线。文献中以经验总结类文献最为常见,占47.1%;其次是调查研究类文献共28篇,占40.0%;实验研究共5篇,占7.1%;有2篇文献采用了质性研究;混合型研究1篇。有87.5%的文献其研究对象为患者。文献研究内容包括患者隐私的内涵、患者对隐私的认知、隐私保护的影响因素、泄露隐私的途径、隐私泄露后患者的心理以及保护患者隐私的对策等。结论患者隐私保护在国内日益引起重视,研究数量呈现逐年上升的趋势,研究内容丰富;但研究对象单一,研究质量良莠不齐,部分研究缺乏严谨科学的设计,总体的研究质量有待提高。Objective To investigate the current situation of privacy protection for patients in China, in order to provide the references for the relevant research. Methods The method of content analysis was adopted, the qualified articles in Chongqing VIP database, CNKI and Wan Fang database from 2000 to 2015 were analyzed. Results The number of published papers was increased from 2000--2015, there were 89.2% of the papers from clinical research. The most common papers were the experience summary （47.1~）and 28 papers were about investigation and study（40.0~）, 5 experimental study （7. l~//00）, 2 qualitative studies and 1 mixed methods research.The 87.5o//00 research objects were patients; the literature study included the definition of patient privacy, recognition of patient privacy, influencing factors of priva- cy protection, ways to leak the privacy, patients＇ psychology after privacy disclosure, and countermeas- ures to protect the patients＇ privacy.Conclusions Domestic public draws more and more attention to the patient privacy, the quantity of research is increasing year by year, the content is rich, while the investiga- tion object is simple,and the quality is uneven, some lack the rigorously scientific design, the general qual- ity requires improvement.
