摘 要:以新研制的AP1000水氢氢冷却四极汽轮发电机定子作为研究对象,分析其冷却结构、冷却方式以及冷却介质的冷却性能.为了与转子的槽建立一一对应的结构关系,建立整机机组1/32圆周结构的定子、转子和气隙的三维模型,利用计算流体力学原理计算,得到定子铁心、磁屏蔽、压板、铜线圈的温度分布规律以及各部件产生最高温度的位置,得出最大温升在工程允许的合理的范围之内,为汽轮发电机安全稳定的运行提供保证.The newly developed AP1000 water-hydrogen cooled 4 pole turbo-generator stator is the research object, in which cooling structure, cooling mode and cooling performance of cooling medium are analyzed. In order to set up the one to one correspondence with the rotor, 1/32 circular structure of 3 dimensional model of the whole stator, rotor and air gap is established, and cooling medium temperature distribution characteristics are analyzed by u- sing the computational fluid mechanics principle. The temperature distribution of the stator iron core, magnetic shielding, pressure plate, copper coils and the location of the maximum temperature of each part are gotten. Maxi- mum temperature rising is calculated, which is within engineering reasonable range. It is the reference for structure design and optimization of ventilation for the turbine generator.
