摘　　要：介绍了聚氯乙烯生产中回收尾气的变压吸附工艺,阐述了WLW系列立式往复真空泵的用途、结构及工作原理,分析了WLW-600无油立式真空泵的故障模式及原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。The pressure swing adsorption process for the recovery of tail gas in PVC production was described. The function, structure and working principle of WLW series vertical reciprocating vacuum pump were introduced. The failure mode of WLW -600 oil-free vertical vacuum pump and failure cau- ses were analyzed, and some preventive measures were put forward.
