摘　　要：在油田进行地面基础设施建设时,对其存在的风险进行管理是一项非常复杂的操作过程,同时它还是油田的基础建设工程中重要的一环,其作用是在油田的地面建设完成后,对工程的质量加以保障,并且在油田的正常方面发挥出重要的作用。笔者就施工的基础建设项目存在的风险的特点来进行探究,就如何把油田的地面基础设施的建设风险降到最低,提出了一些措施,希望有助于油田地面的基础设施施工项目能够进行有效风险管理。in the oil field ground infrastructure and on the existence of the risk management is a very complex process, and it is base of oil field construction important a ring, its role is in after the completion of the oilfield surface construction, the engineering quality be guaranteed, and in the normal oil aspects play an important role. The characteristics of risks exist in the construction of infrastructure projects to explore, how to to minimize the risk of oil field ground infrastructure construction, and puts forward some measures, hope to help in oilfield ground in infrastructure construction projects to carry out effective risk management.
