摘　　要：目的调查经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术肝癌患者希望水平现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、希望水平量表、医学应对方式问卷对112例经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞的肝癌患者进行调查。结果经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞的肝癌患者希望水平得分为(32.18±5.03)分;应对方式中,面对为(17.12±4.31)分,回避为(15.88±2.60)分,屈服为(11.28±3.11)分;文化程度、家庭经济压力、医疗付费方式以及医学应对方式是患者希望水平的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论护理人员应从影响患者希望水平因素的角度出发,寻求改善患者应对方式的最佳途径,从而提高患者希望水平。Objective To investigate the state and influencing factors of hope level in liver cancer patients treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE）. Method Totally, 112 liver cancer patients who treated with TACE were surveyed by self- designed general status questionnaire, Herth Hope Index （HHI） and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire（MCMQ）. Results The total score of hope among liver cancer patients treated with TACE was （32.18 ± 5.03 ）. The dimension score of confrence was （ 17.12 ± 4.31 ）, the score of avoidance was （ 15.88± 2.60）, the score of resignation was （ 11.28± 3.11 ）. The influencing factors of hope in liver cancer patients treated with TACE were educational level,economic pressure,source of medical cost and coping mode. Conclusion Nurses should take effective measures to improve coping style in order to improve the level of hope in liver cancer patients treated with TACE.
