导管专项管理组在老年住院患者非计划性拔管中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨建立导管专项管理组对减少老年住院患者非计划性拔管中的作用。方法增设导管专项管理组,规范导管的护理管理,用以点带面的形式提高全员对导管护理的安全意识,对典型案例进行分享,严格执行护理不良事件上报制度,对已发生的非计划性拔管进行原因分析,落实整改与评价。结果建立导管专项管理组后老年住院患者非计划性拔管的发生率由3.54%下降至1.89%(P<0.01),导管护理质量的合格率提高(P<0.01)。结论建立导管专项管理组,加强对导管安全管理,针对性地采取防范措施,能够有效降低老年住院患者非计划性拔管的发生率,保证患者的治疗等,对老年住院患者的安全管理具有重要的意义。Objective To evaluate the effect of the catheter special management group on reducing the incidence of elderly inpatients＇unplanned extubation. Methods Measures included setting up a catheter special management group, standardizing catheter care management,improving the overall safety awareness of catheter care from point to area, sharing typical cases ,strictly implementation of nursing adverse event reporting system,analyzing the root causes of unplanned extubation ,implementing improvement and evaluation. Results The incidence of unplanned extubation in elderly inpatients after the establishment of the special management group decreased from 3.54% to 1.89% （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the quality of catheter care improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Establishing the special catheter management group, strengthening safety management of the catheter and taking target preventive measures can effectively reduce elderly inpatients＇ unplanned extubation rate and ensure the patients＇treatment ,which is of great significance to patients＇safety management.
