摘　　要：目的探讨"8·12"天津滨海特大火灾后现场清理时对中毒患者实施组织救治的效果。方法对3例中毒患者采取现场救治、转运中的护理以及入院后的救治护理,并观察其救治效果。结果 3例患者经过积极救治全部康复出院。结论成立临时护理部组建现场救护组、质量管理组、后勤保障组等,提高了急救护理能力,为应急救护的有效开展提供了有力的保障。Objective To explore the effect of the implementation of the treatment on poisoning patients after site cleaning of ＂8 ·12＂ Tianjin coastal super large fire. Methods Three cases of poisoned patients received taken on - site treatment,care during transfer,treatment after admission and to observe the effect of the treatment. Result The 3 patients were discharged from the hospital with recovery after active treatment. Conclusion The establishment of the temporary nursing department and setting up the field rescue group,quality management group,logistics support group can improve the ability of emergency care,and provide guarantee for effective emergency rescue.
