摘　　要：矿产资源资本化对推动实现我国经济可持续发展具有重要作用。利用信息熵模型对2006—2014年中国矿产资源资本化进程进行评价。研究结果表明:我国矿产资源资本化进程不断向前发展,但整体发展水平依然偏低。针对这一问题,实证分析了影响矿产资源资本化进程的因素,结果表明地质勘探社会投资、采矿权交易等因素对矿产资源资本化影响显著,而金融工具创新对促进矿产资源资本化进程的作用几乎为零。因此,要通过金融创新、市场经营模式多元化、盘活社会资本等方式加快矿产资源资本化进程。Capitalization of mineral resources had an important role in promoting the economic sustainable development. This paper used informa- tion entropy model to evaluate the capitalization process of China＇s mineral resources in 2006- 2014. The results showed that the process of China＇s mineral resourees continued to move forward, but the overall level was still low. To solve this problem, the empirical analysis of the factors influencing the process of capitalization of the mineral resources was made, the results showed that social investment of geological prospecting, mining rights trad- ing and other factors influenced the mineral resource capitalization significantly, while the role of innovative financial instruments to facilitate the pro- cess of mineral resouroe was almost zero. Therefore, it should speed up the capitalization process of mineral resource through financial innovations, market business model diversification to revitalize the social capital and other means.
