摘  要:微博传播中关键节点对景区危机信息扩散起着至关重要的作用,决定着危机事件在线扩散的速度、方向和程度。以2012年国庆华山事件为例,共采集微博数据61878条,提取转发大于6的关键节点共358个,对其进行分析。分析发现,景区危机信息扩散中存在着8种不同类型的关键节点,这些关键节点在微博信息传播中发挥着不同的作用,"草根"群体属于特别突出的关键节点,此外还有"名人"、媒体工作者和官方微博。对关键节点进一步研究发现,关键节点的微博粉丝数、发微博数对微博的被转发数有着显著的正向影响。In the process of micro- blog transmission, key nodes played an important role in the scenic areas' crisis information diffusion, deter- mining the speed, direction and extent of crisis online diffusion. Taking Huashan Mountain event in 2012 National Day Holiday as an example, this pa- per collected 61878 micro - blog data, extracted 358 key nodes with more than 6 reposts, and made an analysis of them. One of the main findings was that there existed eight different types of information diffusion key nodes in the process of crisis information diffusion of the scenic area, which played different roles in micro- blog information diffusion. Among them, the "grassroots" group was a particularly outstanding the key node, in addition to the "celebrity" group, media workers and ofi%ial micro - blogs. A further study of the key nodes found that the number of one's micro - blog fans, the fre- quency they posted a micro- blog and the extent they were followed were essential elements which influenced the repost of the key node crisis infor- ,nation, and that the number of the followers of the key nodes had a notable positive effect on the frequency of the micro - blogs being reposted.
