山药肉苁蓉胶囊制备及改善运动疲劳研究

摘  要:试验以肉苁蓉、铁棍山药为原料,研究铁棍山药多糖的提取工艺、肉苁蓉铁棍山药胶囊的制备工艺及其对运动疲劳能力的改善。研究结果表明,铁棍山药多糖的最佳提取工艺为液料比值25(mL/g),浸提温度70℃,浸提时间2.5 h,浸提次数3次。肉苁蓉铁棍山药胶囊的最佳制备工艺:铁棍山药干浸膏添加量、肉苁蓉提取物添加量、淀粉添加量和微晶纤维素添加量为11︰5︰4︰4,10%PVP的50%乙醇溶液作黏合剂,黏合剂添加量为60%,此条件下,颗粒合格率较高,流动性较好,颗粒较均匀;颗粒的临界相对湿度为65%,符合工业化生产要求。肉苁蓉铁棍山药胶囊能提高小鼠肝脏和骨骼肌的SOD活力和CAT活力,减少小鼠肝脏和骨骼肌MDA的生成。肉苁蓉铁棍山药胶囊具有较好的改善运动疲劳能力。Using herba cistanche and iron stick yam as row material, this study mainly discussed the exaction technology of polysaccharides from iron stick yam, and preparation technology of herba cistanche with iron stick yam capsule and its influence on tissue's antioxidant capacity of mice. The optimum technology to exact polysaccharides from iron stick yam was determined, such as liquid to solid rate for 25 (mL/g), extraction temperature for 70 ℃, extraction time for 2.5 h, extraction number for 3. The optimum preparation conditions of herba cistanche with iron stick yam capsule were determined, such as herba cistanche iron stick yam dry extract amount, herba cistanche extraction amount, starch amount, and microcrystalline cellulose amount for 11 : 5 : 4 : 4, 10% PVP soluble in 50% ethanol solution as adhesive, and the added proportion of adhesive for 60%. The qualified rate of particles was improved, and liquidity and uniformly property of particles were good at the above-mentioned condition; The critical relative humidity was 65%, which met the requirements of industrial production. It showed that the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and catalase (CAT) activity of liver and quadriceps were improved and the content of MDA of liver and quadriceps of mice were decreased. So herba cistanche with iron stick yam capsule had a good ability to improve the tissue's antioxidant capacity.
