《小儿推拿广意》选方用药思想探析

摘　　要：《小儿推拿广义》是一本将理论和临床相结合的小儿推拿专著,注重小儿的病因病机变化,注重推拿手法在小儿疾病中的运用,理法方药论述祥备,重视临床实用性,在中医小儿推拿学古籍中颇具特色,分为上、中、下三卷,上、中卷注重推拿理论及其手术的运用,下卷注重小儿的内服、外用药物的治法,本文将重点阐述下卷中选方用药的思想,分析其特色之处,目的在于发掘中医古籍中精华,为现代中医临床服务。The broad sense of pediatric massage is a pediatric massage monograph combining the theory and clinical,paying more attention to the etiology and pathogenesis of children and the use of massage in pediatric diseases. It has a comprehensive discussion on the principle-method-recipe-medicines,attaching importance to the clinical utility,so it is characteristic in the ancient books of Chinese medicine in children＇s massage. It is divided into three volumes,the upper and middle volume focus on the use of massage theory and its operation,the lower volume focus on the oral and topical drugs treatment. This paper will focus on the medicine and prescription volumes and analyze its characteristic part to explore the essence of ancient books of TCM and to service for modern TCM clinical.
