从血不利则为水解析魏绍斌教授论治卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的辨证思路

摘　　要：卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿属于中医学"癥瘕"范畴。导师魏绍斌教授以《金匮要略》"血不利则为水"为切入点,强调本病湿瘀互结,相互影响,缠绵难愈。并以"血水同治"为纲,自拟四逆二苓汤治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿。Ovarian endometriotic cyst refers to ＂abdominal mass＂in TCM. WEI Shaobin argues that the accumulation of dampness and blood stasis is one of the main pathogenesis of ovarian endometriotic cyst and the pathological base of repeated-onset,which based on the theory of ＂unsmooth blood circulation results in water retention＂in Synopsis of Golden Chamber. Its treatment focuses on activating blood and inducing dieresis simultaneously,and Self-made Sini Erling Decoction is used in clinical practice.
