蒺藜两地汤加减辨治女性2型糖尿病伴性冷淡临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蒺藜两地汤加减对女性2型糖尿病伴性冷淡患者的治疗作用。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例2型糖尿病伴性冷淡女性患者按随机数字表格法分为2组各30例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用蒺藜两地汤加减治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候总积分、血糖水平、女性功能量表(FSFI)评分及性激素水平。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后症候总积分平均(6.0±1.4)分,明显低于对照组(8.8±1.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FBG、2h PG、Hb Alc水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后性欲评分、性唤起评分、阴道润滑度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后T、E2、LH水平比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:蒺藜两地汤加减治疗女性2型糖尿病伴性冷淡安全可行。Objective： To investigate the effects of Modified Jili Liangdi Decoction on female patients with type 2diabetes complicated with sexual apathy. Methods： According to the random number table method,60 female patients with type 2diabetes complicated with sexual apathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2groups,with 30 cases in each group.The controlled group were treated with routine therapy while the observation group were additionally treated with Modified Jili Liangdi Decoction,based on the treatment of the controlled group. The clinical curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）syndrome scores before and after the treatment,blood glucose levels,Female Sexual Function Index（ FSFI） scores and sex hormone levels in the 2groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group（ 90. 0%） was significantly higher than that in the controlled group（ 66. 7%）（ P〈0. 05）. The average score of TCM syndrome scores（ 6. 0±1. 4） in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the controlled group（ 8. 8 ± 1. 6）（ P 0. 05）. The levels of FBG,2h PG and Hb Alc in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the differences in libido scores [（ 4. 06±0. 55） vs（ 3. 65± 0. 50） ],sexual arousal scores [（ 3. 93±0. 45） vs（ 3. 63±0. 52） ] and vaginal lubrication degree scores [（ 3. 95±0. 41） vs（ 3. 67±0. 58） ] were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the differences in levels of T,E2 and LH between the 2groups were significant（ P 0. 05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the 2groups. Conclusions： Using Modified Jili Liangdi Decoction in the treatment of female patients with type 2diabetes complicated with sexual apathy is safe and feasible.
